I was very fortunate that I got Jordan when I called about seeing a property. Within 5 minutes of talking we were lining up a showing within a couple hours. Not only was Jordan familiar with the area (its very rural) but he has experience in buying rural land and building homes. That knowledge was very helpful in evaluating the property, from determining whether the property was a good value, to planning on building a home. Jordan was easy to work with, he was in constant communication and followed up with the various vendors, title co., survey companies, etc. Soon after my offer was accepted, I was going to waive the inspection because the existing home was just a small cabin, and since I am planning on building another home, I did not think an inspection mattered. With one day left of the inspection period, the lender informed us we had to have an inspection. Jordan called one his own contacts and they came out to do an inspection the same day! I will and look forward to working with Jordan again!
